You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property, including securing pets and clearing the work area of personal items.
5. Payment Terms

Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, and we reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to perform the work.

- Provide accurate property and contact information;
- Ensure safe access to the service area and disclose any hazards, hidden objects, or utilities;
- Mark irrigation heads, invisible fences, cables, and other items that could be damaged; and
- Obtain any necessary approvals, including from a homeowners association where applicable.
